We just completed this custom aluminum bow rail.  Our customer purchased a boat bow rail and T Top.  We built the custom boat t top a while back, so the bow rail is new.  Our standard style for boat bow rails are low profile, however we can built them at any height.  We use 1″ anodized aluminum pipe for our rails.  A lot of the custom bow rails we build are replacements for stainless steel bow rails.

Stainless rails are typically fabricated with 7/8″ tube and have a dull finish.  Our anodized aluminum boat rails are much brighter and will not rust.  The aluminum rails are lighter than stainless steel and more cost effective.  Some folks reach out to us in regards to bow rail repair, but sometimes they are not repairable.  So, we prefer to build them from scratch and the finished product is much better.
