A Powder Coated Cobia Tower gets you higher so you can see the fish.  Not too high though, so you can still trailer your boat to the boat ramp.  Custom Cobia Towers are big upgrades for center console boats.  There are a lot of important things to consider when custom fabricating an aluminum tower for a boat.

Not only do custom cobia towers have to look good, but they also have to function good too.  Style meets Utility is our slogan and we hit the nail on the head with this boat tower.  This Sea Chaser came to us with a powder coated leaning post.  We used our color chart to match the semi-gloss black powder coat.  The aluminum framework for this custom tower is sleek and is a tight fit to the console.  You’ll notice that the ladder on the starboard side is lower than the port.  This keeps the tower symmetrical, but also easy to access the top and your console door.

What’s up top?

When you climb to the top, you’ll find that it’s soft and cushy with the 3 piece cushion set.  The leaning post style cushion lets you lean while under way, but also sit while fishing.  Plenty of rod storage lets the angler switch out his rods without having to yell down below.  The top angler has a helm station to himself so they he can drive towards that swirl without having to point.  No excuses when you’re up here, because you can see it all.

The tower also has 2 rear spreader lights to help everyone see what’s going on if the sun goes down.  LED spreader lights to keep your battery charged.  The all-round anchor light is required by the coast guard, that why we include it.  Rigging is a breeze with the big 2″ pipe and easy wire chases from the helm box to the console.

This powder coated cobia tower has a rear Sunbrella canvas and forward brow to keep you out of the heat.  The canvas shades are great for keeping down the glare and heat.  We offer over 155 colors to choose from when picking out your canvas.  We went the extra mile and ordered off-white non-skid starboard for the standing platform.  The non-skid is durable and offers great traction while fishing.  Instead of canvas, your shades can be starboard too.
